Elizabeth Borthwick

Elizabeth was born on May 16th, 1828 in Abernethy, Perthshire, Scotland.  Elizabeth's father was David Borthwick and her mother was Margaret Baxter.  Her maternal grandparents were John Baxter and Margaret Unknown. She had a brother and five sisters, named David, Margaret, Euphemia, Marion, Mary Ann Smith and Jane.  She was the third youngest of the seven children.
