George Hales
George was born in 1792 in Forncett St. Peters, Norfolk and his baptism took place on February 8th, 1793 in Tacolneston. George's father was George Hales and his mother was Lucy Beaumont. His paternal grandparents were George Hales and Sarah Smith. He had a brother and three sisters, named William, Eliza, Hannah and Lucy. He was the oldest of the five children. He had a half-brother named John. He died at the age of 85 in 1877 in Union Workhouse, Pulham. He was buried on June 26th, 1877 in Forncett St. Peters, Norfolk.-
