Robert Quilter 
Robert was born in 1844 in Seaham Harbour, Co Durham. Robert's father was Frederick Quilter and his mother was Isabella Hunter. His paternal grandparents were Nathan Jackson Quilter and Martha Guttree; his maternal grandparents were Robert Haswell Hunter and Hannah Jane Ford. He had a brother and four sisters, named Frederick, Martha, Matilda, Mary and Isabella. He was the third youngest of the six children. He died at the age of 5 in 1849 in Easington, Co Durham.-
