Nancy was born in 1843.  Nancy's father is James Service and her mother was Elizabeth Bolton.  Her maternal grandparents were William Bolton and Mary. She had three brothers and two sisters, named William, James, Samuel, Margaret and Mary.  She was the oldest of the six children. She had two half-brothers and four half-sisters, named John, Joseph, Matilda, Nancy, Sarah and Elizabeth.  Nancy is no longer alive.
