Rosa Ellen Perring 
Rosa was born in 1851 in Malborough. Rosa's father was John Perring and her mother was Jemima Gillen. Her paternal grandparents were George Perring and Maria Collings. She had seven brothers and four sisters, named John, George, William, Edwin, James, Albert, Charles, Mary, Eliza, Caroline and Eliza. She was the fourth youngest of the twelve children. She died at the age of 4 in January 1855 in Salcombe. She was buried on January 10th, 1855 in Salcombe Holy Trinity.-
