Matilda was born on November 21st, 1796 in Westminister, MA. Matilda's father was Aaron Bolton. Her paternal grandfather was William Bolton. She had two brothers and seven sisters, named Moses, Aaron, Dorcas, Dorcas, Hannah, Eunice, Nancy, Mary and Louise. She was the second youngest of the ten children. Matilda is no longer alive.-
