Thomas was born in 1921.  Thomas' father was Michael Copps Costello and his mother is Pearl Corrigan.  His paternal grandparents are John William Costello and Elizabeth Copps; his maternal grandparents were Dennis Corrigan and Margaret Mary Brady. He had two brothers named Frank and Jack.  He died in an accident or as a result of an injury, Drowned, at the age of 3 in 1924 in Elbow River.
