Vincent David was born on July 17th, 1889 at 6 Vernon Street.1   Vincent David's father was David Owen and his mother was Ellen Williams.  His paternal grandparents were Robert Owen  and Hannah Jones; his maternal grandfather was Owen Williams. He had a brother and four sisters, named Robert, Helen Margaret, Ellen L A F, Maude E and Beatrice Mathilde.  He was the youngest of the six children.  He died at the age of 82 on April 16th, 1972.
