David was born in 1778 and his baptism took place on June 29th, 1778 in Bettwsgwerfylgoch.1  David's father is John Roberts and his mother is Dows (Roberts).  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 83 on April 8th, 1861 in Penmachno.2
