Willie Mae Peel (Dowell)

Willie was born in November 1954. Willie's father was Homer Cecil Peel and her mother is Elvis Mae Ivey (Peel). Her maternal grandparents were Philip Wilkerson Ivey and Mattie Bell Baker (Ivey). She had two brothers and a sister, named Milton, Homer and Geraldine. She is the youngest of the four children.
