Sally was born on February 14th, 1872 in Gonzales TX.  Sally's father was William Thomas Ivey and her mother was Sarah Ellen Davis (Ivey).  Her paternal grandparents were Reuben Ivey and Elizabeth  Hudson (Ivey). She had five brothers and three sisters, named James, Augustus, Robert, Andrew, William, Mary, Milly and Martha.  She was the oldest of the nine children.  She died at the age of 68 on June 20th, 1940 in Gonzales Co TX.
