Barney Ivey

Barney was born on December 31st, 1913 in Holland, Bell Co TX. Barney's father was Philip Wilkerson Ivey and his mother was Mattie Bell Baker (Ivey). His paternal grandparents were George Washington Ivey and Jennie Victoria Brady (Ivey). He had six brothers and six sisters, named William, Louis, Phillip, Denver, J, Billy, Ruby, Ethel, Elvis, Ada, Mattie and Christine. He was the third oldest of the thirteen children. He had two half-sisters named Diaan and Jennie. He died at the age of 50 on October 19th, 1964 in Temple TX.
