Charles was born on October 14th, 1894 in TX.  Charles' father was John Joseph Houlihan and his mother was Johanna Sexton.  His maternal grandparents were Lawrence Sexton and Annie E Fox (Sexton). He had three sisters named Myrtle, Emily and Mable.  He was the oldest of the four children.  He died at the age of 69 on September 3rd, 1964 in TX.
