William Lowe Heffington

William was born in 1800 in Warren KY. William's father was David Heffington and his mother was Dorothy Lowe. His paternal grandfather was Thomas Heffington; his maternal grandfather was William Lowe and his maternal grandmother is Margaret Farr. He had eight brothers and five sisters, named Thomas, Barnabus, Henry, Stephen, Isaac, Joseph, John, James, Margaret, Nancy, Agnes, Mary and Levina. He was the oldest of the fourteen children. He died at the age of 38 in 1838 in Batesville Independance AR.
