Wiley Heffington

Wiley was born on April 18th, 1898 in TX. Wiley's father was King Henry Heffington and his mother was Martha Brown. His paternal grandparents were Stephen Decater Heffington and Laurana Campbell (Heffington). He had two brothers named Royce and Charlie. He was the oldest of the three children.
