Stephen Decater Heffington

Stephen was born on January 9th, 1809 in Warren KY. Stephen's father was David Heffington and his mother was Dorothy Lowe. His paternal grandfather was Thomas Heffington; his maternal grandfather was William Lowe and his maternal grandmother is Margaret Farr. He had eight brothers and five sisters, named William, Thomas, Barnabus, Henry, Isaac, Joseph, John, James, Margaret, Nancy, Agnes, Mary and Levina. He was the sixth oldest of the fourteen children. He died at the age of 75 on January 6th, 1885 in Travis Co TX.
