Nelli L Heffington (Rushing)

Nelli was born in December 1899. Nelli's father was William Carroll Heffington and her mother was Mary Elizabeth McNeill (Heffington). Her paternal grandparents were Stephen Decater Heffington and Laurana Campbell (Heffington). She had three brothers and four sisters, named Hamilton, Linhurst, Jack, Estella, Mabel, Virginia and Maggie. She was the second youngest of the eight children. She died at the age of 83 on January 15th, 1983 in TX.
