James (Ervin) Goynes

James, known as Ervin, was born in 1903 in Live Oak Co Texas. Ervin's father was Augustus (Gus) Peter Goynes and his mother was Dorothy (Dot) Goynes. His paternal grandparents were William Goynes and Mary Agusta Dolan; his maternal grandparents were Augustus Sanders Goynes and Ellen Elizabeth McMurray (Goynes). He had a brother and a sister, named Augustus and Bertie. He was the second oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 12 in 1915 in Live Oak, TX.
