Dorothy (Dot) Goynes

Dorothy, known as Dot, was born on November 8th, 1877 in Live Oak, TX. Dot's father was Augustus Sanders Goynes and her mother was Ellen Elizabeth McMurray (Goynes). Her maternal grandparents were William McMurray and Bridget Elizabeth Fox (McMurray). She had five brothers and four sisters, named William, Peter, William, Daniel, Lee, Margaret, Viola, Nellie and Nettie. She was the second oldest of the ten children. She died at the age of 81 on December 22nd, 1958 in Hidalgo TX.
