Augustus (Gus) Peter Goynes

Augustus, known as Gus, was born on March 10th, 1871 in Oakville TX. Gus' father was William Goynes and his mother was Mary Agusta Dolan. His maternal grandparents were James Dolan and Mary (Nellie) Ellen Fox (Dolan). He had three brothers and two sisters, named Jimmie, Willie, Charles, Sarah and Margaret. He was the oldest of the six children. He had a half-sister named Mary. He died at the age of 51 on October 12th, 1922 in Live Oak Co Texas.
