William F Garrett

William was born on January 13th, 1831 in Independance Faulkner AR. William's father was Elisha Garrett and his mother was Agnes Heffington (Garrett). His maternal grandparents were David Heffington and Dorothy Lowe. He had three brothers and seven sisters, named David, James, Elisha, Sarah, Mary, Martha, Elizabeth, Jesse, Nancy and Amanda. He was the oldest of the eleven children.
