- Londonderry Sentinel 5 Dec 1846: On the 4th Inst., in the Scots Church, Great James Street, Derry, by the Rev. James Denham, brother to the bride, the Rev. Andrew Lowry, Ballyshannon, to Jane Eliza, daughter of the late Rev. Joseph Denham of Killeshandra.
  Civil Records, Derry FHC. Andrew Hamilton was a witness.

They had a son and a daughter, named John and Josephine.

- Civil Registration death entry, Dublin shows Andrew was a widower, aged 84 years, a Presbyterian Minister, died of old age with no medical attendant. PAD was his son, John D Lowry, of Carrane, Woodlawn, Co Galway. DoB, DoD, and residence confirmed by death notice and obit in Derry Standard.

He died at the age of 84 on October 30th, 1903.

Elizabeth was born in 1805.

She died at the age of 76 on April 21st, 1881.

Death Notes
- DoD from her will, the calendar for which is in the Probate Office, Derry. It was probated to her husband, the Reverend Andrew Lowry of Ballyshannon in 1898 (17 years later!). The value was £114.
