Robert Thomas Stewart

Robert was born about 1849 in Lismoyle, Tamlaght O'Crilly Pa., Co. Londonderry, Ireland.¹ Robert's father was Thomas "Isles of Lismoyle" Stewart and his mother was Mary Anne Gilmore. His paternal grandparents were Robert "The Isles" Stewart and Jane McIlfatrick; his maternal grandparents were Hugh "Long Huey" Gilmore and <Unknown>. He had two sisters named Elizabeth and Margaret. He was the youngest of the three children.
