James Mayberry Stewart

James was born on December 5th, 1872 in Killymuck Glebe, Tamlaght O'Crilly Parish, Co. Londonderry, Ireland and his baptism took place on May 19th, 1873 in Churchtown Presbyterian Church, Tamlaght O'Crilly Pa..¹ James' father was Joseph Stewart and his mother was Jane Carmichael. His paternal grandparents were Joseph Stewart and Mary Jane McConnell; his maternal grandparents were James Carmichael and Jane Mayberry. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Thomas, William, Joseph, Margaret and Jane. He was the oldest of the six known children.
