Elizabeth was born about 1798 in Boveedy, Tamlaght O'Crilly Pa., Co. Londonderry, Ireland.1   Elizabeth's father was James Stewart and her mother was Catherine Stewart.  She had two brothers and a sister, named James, Hugh and Jane.  She died in Lislea, Kilrea Pa., Co. Londonderry, Ireland.
