Ellen was born on May 5th, 1893 in Tamneymartin, Maghera Pa., Co. Londonderry, Ireland.  Ellen's father was James Scott and her mother was Margaret Johnston.  She had two brothers named Robert and William.  She died at the age of 84 on February 14th, 1978 in Lismoyle, Tamlaght O'Crilly Pa., Co. Londonderry, Ireland.
