Isabella was born on December 29th, 1873 in Binion, Taughboyne Pa., Co. Donegal, Ireland.1   Isabella's father was Andrew Rodgers and his mother was Eliza Jane/Anne Lowry.  His paternal grandparents were Andrew (Tirkeeran) Rodgers and <Unknown>; his maternal grandparents were William (Binion) Lowry and Jane.  He had five brothers and two sisters, named William, John, Andrew, Thomas, James, Mary and Margaret.  He was the sixth oldest of the eight children.
