Susan Elizabeth McCaughrin

Susan was born on May 28th, 1837 in Chester, So. Carolina.¹ Susan's father was Thomas McCaughrin and her mother was Letitia Lusk. Her paternal grandparents were Andrew McCaughrin and Nancy Stewart; her maternal grandparents were Robert Lusk and Nancy McAteer. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Samuel, Andrew, Robert, Martha and Nancy. She was the fourth oldest of the six children.
