William was born in 1804 in Binion, Taughboyne Pa., Co. Donegal, Ireland.  William's father was James (Binion) Lowry and his mother was Eliza ????.  He had a brother named James .  He was the older of the two children.  He died at the age of 65 in May 1869 in Binion, Taughboyne Pa., Co. Donegal, Ireland.1
