James Lowry

James was born on July 29th, 1859 in Drumcrow, Taughboyne Pa., Co. Donegal, Ireland and his baptism took place on July 29th, 1859 in Taughboyne Parish Church.

James' father was Henry Alexander Lowry and his mother was Mary McFadden. His paternal grandparents were John Lowry and Elizabeth Hamilton. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Henry, John, Andrew, Alexander, George, Harriett and Elizabeth. He was the third oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 69 on May 22nd, 1929 in Baltimore, MD.¹
