Elizabeth Marshall Lowry

Elizabeth was born about 1837 in Lower Feddyglass, Taughboyne Pa., Co. Donegal, Ireland. Elizabeth 's father was George Lowry and her mother was Sarah Lyttle. Her paternal grandparents were Andrew Lowry and Elizabeth (Lower Feddyglass) Marshall; her maternal grandparents were Joseph Lyttle and Hannah Jane. She had a brother named Andrew. She was the older of the two children. She had a half-brother named George.

- Marriage record: She was the daughter of George Lowry, a minor and two ministers for witnesses ---Revds. Joseph Lyttle and John Lecky. She was married at Raphoe P C. John Shiels Lyttle was a merchant in MAGHERA, son of Robert Lyttle.
  
  Maghera Communicant Roll Book: Elizabeth M. Lyttle of Maghera became a communicant in the Maghera Presbyterian Church on April 30, 1856- a few months after her marriage in 1st Raphoe. The minister's comment indicates she was received from Mr. Thomson of Raphoe and at some time later described as "gone to Letterkenny?"
