Eliza Lowry

Eliza was born in 1872. Eliza's father was John Hamilton Lowry and her mother was Jane Matthew. Her paternal grandparents were John Lowry and Elizabeth Hamilton. She had six brothers and six sisters, named John, Henry, Arthur, Albert, Samuel, Frederick, Fanny, Mary, Adelaide, Annie, Minnie and Charlotte. She was the twelfth oldest of the thirteen children. She died at the age of 77 in 1949 in Northcote, Victoria, Australia.¹
