Charlotte was born on November 10th, 1875 in Craigieburn, Victoria, Australia.¹ Charlotte's father was John Hamilton Lowry and her mother was Jane Matthew. Her paternal grandparents were John Lowry and Elizabeth Hamilton. She had six brothers and six sisters, named John, Henry, Arthur, Albert, Samuel, Frederick, Fanny, Mary, Adelaide, Annie, Minnie and Eliza. She was the youngest of the thirteen children. She died at the age of 70 on August 8th, 1946 in Melbourne, Australia.¹
