Anne Lowry

Anne was born in 1864 in Tullyrap, Taughboyne Pa., Co. Donegal, Ireland.¹ Anne's father was Alexander Hamilton (Tullyrap) Lowry and her mother was Anne (Nancy) McCullogh/McCauley. Her paternal grandparents were Gawin (Tullyrap) Lowry and <Unknown>. She had four brothers and two sisters, and also a sibling of unknown gender, named Charles, Andrew, Alexander, Alexander, Catherine, Martha and <Unknown>. She was the sixth oldest of the eight children.

General Notes
- Anne was born on 12th November 1864 to Alexander Lowry, labourer and Anne McCauly of Tullyrap.
  There was no entry for Alexander Lowry in 1865.
  Nor was there an entry for Alexander in 1869 (and no Unknowns either).
  This puts AHL still in Tullrap by 1864, IF he ever left it for Alexander's birth in 1865. Either way, he was seemingly there when Sarah got married from there in 1863!!
