  • Source: headstone in Church Minister graveyard. An Annie Lowry is also in Civil Deaths.   Madge Alexander said she died in childbirth, which confirmed what we had deduced from the headstone and from the death records.

  • Source: headstone in Church Minister graveyard.  Madge Alexander confirmed that this lady, Andrew Lowry's first wife, was indeed called Liston, though she could not remember her Christian name.  She also said she was a nurse from Cottown.
