His paternal grandparents were William De Fiennes and + Agnes Dammartin; his maternal grandparents were Nicholas Deconde and Isabel De Moreaumes. He had a sister named Maud Countess Essex. He was the older of the two children. He died at the age of 57 on July 11th, 1302 in Courtral, Flandre, Belgium.1 -
