Edmund (5th Earl of March) was born on November 6th, 1391. Edmund (5th Earl of March)'s father was Roger 4th Earl of March De Mortimer and his mother was Eleanor (Countess of March) De Holand. His paternal grandparents were Edmund 3rd Earl of March De Mortimer and Philippa 5th Countess of Ulster Plantagenet; his maternal grandparents were Thomas (2nd Earl of Kent) De Holand and Alice Fitzalan. He had a brother and two sisters, named Roger, Anne (Lady) and Eleanor (Lady). He was the second oldest of the four children. He had three half-sisters named Alice (5th Countess of Salisbury), Joan and Joyce. He died at the age of 33 on January 18th, 1425.-
