Robert Bourchier, 1st Lord Bourchier was the son of John Bourchier and Helen of Colchester.1 He married Margaret Prayers, daughter of Sir Thomas Prayers and Anne of Essex.2 He died circa 18 May 1349, from the plague.1,3 He was buried at Halstead, Essex, England.2
