Judith was born in year 0956 in Bretagne, France.1   Judith's father was Duke Conan (The Crooked) of Brittany I and her mother was Ermengard of Anjou.  Her maternal grandparents were  Geoffrey d'Anjou I and  Adelaide of Vermandois.  She was the oldest of three children.  She had two brothers named Judicael and Geoffrey.

Judith's family with Richard (The Good) Normandy II

The Good and Judith were married in year 1000 in Normandy, France.1   They had three sons and three daughters, named Fredesende, Richard, Robert (I, II the Devil, Magnificent), William, Eleanor and Helena.
