Renaud was born in year 0931 in Reims, Marne, France.1 Renaud's father was Hubert de Senlis and his mother was Liegarde France. His paternal grandparents were Paepin I de Vermandois and <Unknown>; his. He was the youngest of six children. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Robert, Luitgarde, Albert I "The Pious", Sprote and Alix. He died, at the age of 42 years, on March 15th, 0973 in France.1
