Katherine Stapylton

Katherine was born in 1628. Katherine's father was Robert Stapylton of Wighill and her mother was Katherine Fairfax dau of 1st Viscount of Walton and Gilling Castle. Her paternal grandparents were Henry Stapylton and Mary Foster. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Henry, Miles, Elizabeth (or Isabel) and Mary. She was the second oldest of the five children.
