Thomas Bussell Skaggs

Thomas was born about 1640 in Londerry, Ulster, Ireland. Thomas' father was William Skaggs and his mother was Mary Elizabeth Hatch. His paternal grandparents were Ire Skaggs and <Unknown>. He was an only child. He died in 1677 in New River, West Virginia.¹
