Joseph Poyntz 
Joseph was born on May 31st, 1691. Joseph's father was William Poyntz and his mother was Jane Monteage (dau of Stephen Monteage of London by Jane Deane). His paternal grandparents were Newdigate Poyntz and Mary Parkyns. He had a brother named Stephen. He was the younger of the two children. He died at the age of 37 on September 24th, 1728 in Jamaica.-
