William Phelip 
General Notes
William Phelip, Knight, was his uncle's heir. He fought in the Battle of Agincourt, 25 October 1415 and in Normandy during 1418 and 1419. He was Captain of Harfleur in 1421 and 1422. He became Treasurer of the King's Household and was in charge of the funeral of King Henry V. Although raised to the peerage by letters patent, 13 November 1437, he was never summoned to Parliament.
