James Butler 2nd Duke of Ormonde 
James was born in 1660. James' father was Thomas Butler Earl of Ossory (dvp 30.07.1680) and his mother was Amalia (=Emilia) van Nassau Ouwerkerk. His paternal grandparents were James Butler 13th Earl, 1st Duke of Ormonde, Viscount Thurles and Elizabeth 'Baroness Dingwall' Preston dau of Sir Richard Preston, Lord Dingwall. He had a brother and two sisters, named Charles, Elisabeth and Henrietta. He died at the age of 85 on November 16th, 1745 in Madrid, , Madrid, Spain.General Notes
