Thomas Boteler 
Thomas was born in 1531 in Ormonde, Kerry, Ireland. Thomas' father was James Boteler and his mother was Joan FitzGerald. His maternal grandparents were Gerald 'Gearóig óg' FitzGerald and Elizabeth La Zouche. He had six brothers named Walter, John, Edmond, Edward, Piers and James. He was the oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 83 on November 2nd, 1614 in Ormonde, Kerry, Ireland.-
