Rhoda Bloyd

Rhoda was born in 1790 in Rockingham County, North Carolina.¹   Rhoda's father was John (The Old Patriarch) Bloyd Sr. and her mother was Mary Riggins.  Her paternal grandparents were John Bloyd and <Unknown>. She had four brothers and four sisters, named Levi, John, Thomas, Elijah, Patsy, Leah, Sarah and Elizabeth.  She was the second youngest of the nine children.
