Leah Bloyd

Leah was born in 1787 in Virginia.¹   Leah's father was John (The Old Patriarch) Bloyd Sr. and her mother was Mary Riggins.  Her paternal grandparents were John Bloyd and <Unknown>. She had four brothers and four sisters, named Levi, John, Thomas, Elijah, Patsy, Sarah, Rhoda and Elizabeth.  She was the fourth youngest of the nine children.  She died at the age of 49 in 1836 in Washington Co, AR.
