William Jefferson Allen

William was born on November 4th, 1806.  William's father was William Allen and his mother was Mary Rollison.  His maternal grandparents were James Rollison and Eleanor Ambrose. He had five brothers and three sisters, named Joseph, Martin, Elijah, Robert, David, Mary, Rachel and Elizabeth.  He was the fourth oldest of the nine children.
