Fay Bushnall Simmons

Fay Bushnall was born on August 24th, 1903 in TN. Fay Bushnall's father was Eusebius Monroe Simmons and his mother was Cynthia Hatchett. His paternal grandparents were Charles Taylor Simmons and Jane 'Jennie' Phifer. He had three brothers and a sister, named Brent Campbell, Theron Kerfees, Clifford Hatchett and Thelma Lucille. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Charles Lewis and Elsie. He died at the age of 62 in November 1965 in Chicago, Cook Co, IL.
